Peggy's Snug

For those who know the 2 Bridies, you will know we used to play regularly in The Rose of Clare, Los Pocillos, run by the couple from Clare - Dolores Donnellan and Mick Heiher. Dolores and Mick have now sold this bar, and have opened a new smaller more intimate bar called Peggy's Snug, located in the Matagorda shopping centre in Matagorda, Puerto del Carmen. They are upstairs on the side furthest away from the airport. You can see their sign from the promenade.

A warm welcome awaits, there is still delicious home cooked food, and all the sports action. You will receive their warmth and generosity which has always been their signature. They look forward to seeing all the familiar faces from The Rose of Clare.
